Find your stride with a supportive new crew

Forget what you’ve heard about running being boring — Project Fearless Run Club does it differently 😏

Don’t see yourself as a runner… yet? Or loved it for a while and want to meet a new running crew? Either way, our no-pressure, super social Run Club is for you!

Make memories with new friends your age

At Run Club, we split into age groups so you can bond with other kids your age. You’ll find your stride together, and make great memories on and off the track!

We start and end each session all together, so the whole crew can get to know each other. But then we group up into smaller packs, so you can chat and train with your new crew.

Ages 9-11 (FULL)

Move without limits

With drills, games and a whole lotta cheering, we support each other to be ourselves while we all discover our running styles. And did you know running’s great for your head as well as your body? Feel the energy as your legs, lungs and heart get pumping, and feel the boost as you realise you can do more than you think!

Run Club is a no-judgement zone. You set your own goals, and then we all support each other to reach them. There’s power in figuring out what running and fitness mean for you — come join us, and you’ll see!

Ages 12-14 (FULL)

Your legs will take you far

Building your running skills isn’t just about being a runner — it actually helps you with all kinds of sports and movement. Maybe you want to get faster for football? Stronger for dance? Or join in when your family goes out for a run? Whatever you’re into, Run Club is for you.

The best thing about running is that your stride stays with you forever. Wherever you are, and whenever you what, you can head out on a run — to boost your mood, get some space and fresh air, or to meet a new crew anywhere in the world 🌍

Over the 8 weeks, we will:

+ Cover the core foundations of running: Ability, Balance & Coordination. Remember, Run Club is for you, even if you’re not a “runner” yet!

+ Try out different types of running, like sprint, long-distance and relay

+ Train at your own pace (so you decide how far and fast you go), and feel yourself getting stronger in a way that suits you

+ Run with your new team to support, empower and cheer on each other

+ Build your belief in yourself and everything you can do. We’re here for you, and for less: “I’m not good enough” and much more: “Yes, I can do this!” and “I’m proud of myself for trying!”

YOUR COACHES

By giving girls access to positive role models, we’ll empower them to recognise themselves as role models to others and leaders of the future.

Head Coach Karen Reeves

Assistant Coach Emma Shiffman

Assistant Coach Irum Javed

The head coach of this course speaks English, however, to ensure that all girls feel heard and comfortable, this course will be taught in both English and Dutch fluidly with the help of our other Dutch-speaking coaches. In our experience, language has never been a barrier when it comes to being fearless! Plus it's a great opportunity for girls to practise their language skills and learn from each other.

“Being fearless to me is not a lack of fear, but a willingness to face it!”
