We believe that the best way to empower and inspire our girls is to bring role models into our programs who are defining success for themselves. That way, we can show them what is possible for their own futures. We are currently looking for enthusiastic coaches across multiple disciplines in the Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Our coaches identify with the female experience and are passionate about creating safe and empowering spaces.
We have opportunities for coaches of all levels. Never coached before, but love to share your skills?

Time Commitment: Our courses run once a week for 8 weeks after school between the hours of 16:30-19:00.
Our next round of courses start in May 2024. Prior to the launch of a course, there are roughly 10hrs of pre-course prep and planning (don’t worry, we will help you with all of this!)

The Set-Up: Our coaching teams are a crucial part of the success of Project Fearless.
Coaches plan and lead the courses while creating an inspiring and inclusive atmosphere for both participants and fellow coaches.
Every course is set up with at least one Head Coach & one Assistant Coach. Some larger courses may have up to four coaches!
Language: Depending on who’s signed up for our courses, they can be taught in both English and Dutch. Coaches with the ability to switch between languages are a plus, but this is not required. If neither of the coaching pair speaks Dutch, a second Assistant Coach or Translation Coach will join the crew. Curious to learn more? Get in touch here!
OUR COURSES
Our sport programs focus on strength, body positivity and moving without limits.
We are looking for kickboxer, footballers, runners, skateboarders and other movement coaches.
In a judgement-free zone, we’ll empower girls to push past self-limiting thoughts around sport, support each other, and be themselves while they find a new love and appreciation of what their bodies are truly capable of!
If you can provide the technical skill, we provide everything else to ensure you have a truly fearless and impactful course.
ARTivism, printmaking, woodwork, sewing and many more hands-on activities that allow girls to be creative, to try new things, get messy and feel empowered by picking up a power tool for the first time.
We are looking for sewers, makers, creators and STEAM-related coaches.
If you can provide the technical skill, we provide everything else to ensure you have a truly fearless and impactful course.
Creating a connection between the community within our own walls and the greater Amsterdam area. We are driven by giving back, and we instil the value of this in our girls.

We currently have courses all over Amsterdam. When applying, you will be asked which area of the city is most convenient for you to coach in.
Centrum
IncludingWest, Zuid, and Oost. Preferably English or Dutch-speaking but we have room for all.
Nieuw-West
Preferably Dutch or Arabic-speaking but we have room for all.
