Anonymous Notes of Support

At Project Fearless, writing Anonymous Notes of Support is one of our favourite traditions. Why? Society can particularly pressurise girls and women to compete against their peers for success, perpetuating the idea that there’s only room for one of us to succeed. But, really, that’s not the case: we can all be leaders and teammates at the same time, safe in the knowledge that letting another’s light shine doesn’t mean our own shines any less. 

Writing Anonymous Notes of Support enables the girls and kids in our courses to create a habit of supporting each other without fear of their own success being limited. They’re a space to build each other up with kind and empowering words, so whether they’ve joined us for a science, creative or sports course, they all leave the session feeling valued, supported and part of a community that has room for everyone, just as they are.

Now, these Anonymous Notes of Support are travelling from Project Fearless to the wider world. For girls and kids everywhere to keep in their back pockets for whenever they’re feeling a little less fearless and need a pick-me-up. And for them to pass on to those they love around them!

Project Fearless Clubhouse: Your book order helps make our dream a reality! 

All the funds that we raise from book sales will go towards helping Project Fearless to open a permanent Clubhouse in Amsterdam. 

We’re on a mission to equip girls with the tools to pursue whatever path they choose in life, defining success on their own terms. Our after-school programs currently take place in community spaces, but we’re determined to give the empowering, inclusive atmosphere of Project Fearless a permanent home. 

From climate science to kickboxing, the multi-purpose space will be our hub: ensuring the girls and kids we welcome to our courses get the most out of their Project Fearless experience, as well as paving the way for us to introduce new courses and continue to grow. 

From science equipment to art supplies and workbenches, your contribution will go a long way to bringing all the big and small details of the Project Fearless Clubhouse to life. Most importantly, you’ll be helping us to create a space where every girl feels welcome, powerful, heard and included. Shaping fearless futures, in Amsterdam and beyond!
