Project Fearless is a space for girls and gender-fluid youth aged 9-14 to get hands-on, break stereotypes, use their voice and create an impact.

From Skateboarding to Entrepreneurship, our one-of-a-kind after-school courses encourage kids to explore out of their comfort zones, and to try, fail, brush themselves off and try again! To find out more about us, check out our 2021 Impact Report here. 

Since our founding in 2019, over 821 kids have joined our programs.

Come ride with us on Nov. 6th! 

This year is the 10th anniversary of the International Day of the Girl (Oct. 11th), and we’re celebrating all month long as we raise fearless funds to sponsor 20 kids to join our programs. 

On Nov. 6th, we’re collabing with our friends at En Route to host a community fundraiser ride to help us reach our goal and share the fearless spirit. 

What can you expect on the ride? 

Lots of fun (duh), Project Fearless stickers, high fives, and a great route! We’ll ride if it's sunny, rainy or a mix of both (it is Amsterdam, after all). With two pace groups and a no-drop policy, it’ll be a fit for whatever your legs are feeling.

Both groups will start and end at En Route Cycling Cafe, 69 H5 Bilderdijkstraat Amsterdam. Feel free to come by a bit early and fuel up on coffee and their famous cinnamon buns — the cafe is open from 10am.  Keep scrolling to sign up for a group.

Group riding skills and experience riding with a group are required.

Cost: We’re requesting a €10 donation for this ride, and anyone who is able to donate €50 or more will receive a limited edition Project Fearless cycling cap (see below)! All money raised goes to Project Fearless. 

Group 2- Social (WAITLIST)

 60km, Avg. speed 27-29 km/h (No drop)

Ride time: 10:30

Please make sure to bring the following items with you:

  • Road bike (in good working order)

  • Helmet (mandatory)

  • Small repair kit: spare inner tubes, small pump & multitool for any on-road mechanicals

  • Water & nutrition

  • Cycling/workout clothes suitable for the weather

  • Yourself, then En Route has everything for pre and post-ride fuel at the cafe 😉

Cancellation - If you realise you can't attend the ride (sad face), please let us know within 24hrs of the ride by sending an email to merida@projectfearless.org so we can let those on the waitlist know.
