ABOUT THE PROGRAM
All our boxing sessions are non-combat ☺️
Join us to be brave, stretch out of your comfort zone and learn new skills! Each week, we’ll focus on a boxing technique or drill to build up our fitness and strength. We’ll learn about the difference between speed and power, and help you understand how and when to use them. And we’ll also work on focus and control, building habits you can take forward into all parts of your life.
You’ll finish the program feeling determined to flex your physical and mental muscles, and proud of your power.
Over the 8 weeks, the kids will:
Learn basic boxing techniques: stance/footwork, guard and defence, angles and body positioning, basic punch combinations, vision.
Learn to channel their physical strength to build confidence and internal strength.
