Join us for our first-ever community Fearless 5K on October 8th and support the next generation of Fearless leaders.
Whether you’re a keen runner or you’ve never run before, the Fearless 5K is about coming together for a good time, and to celebrate what it means to move for you. Your entry fee will go directly to supporting Project Fearless and sponsoring girls and kids to join our programs.
Working together with The Athlete’s Foot, we’re stoked to bring our first community Fearless 5K to life in 2023!

Location: Athletic Association in 1923 at Radioweg 89, 1098 NG Amsterdam
9:00 - Gates open and everyone is welcome, race day packet pick-up
9:45 - Fearless group warm-up 🎉🔥
10:00 - Fast group runners begin
10:10 - Mid runners begin
10:15 - Walkers begin

P.S. In typical Fearless fashion, this run is going to be an all-terrain adventure — pavement, trail, possibly some mud, and a whole lot of fun!
The 5K fundraiser: How it works
The standard entry fee for our Fearless 5K is €25. That includes an exclusive 2023 (aka the first ever!) Fearless 5K tee that’s yours to keep!
*Please note that your entry is a donation to Project Fearless (an ANBI status non-profit) and therefore no refunds will be given for the canceling of a ticket.
Your entry fee will go towards shaping Fearless futures for girls and kids in Amsterdam and beyond. You’ll be helping us cover the costs of running our after-school courses that all — from skateboarding to climate science — exist to show kids that there’s space for them to do what they love, just as they are.

You’ll be running alongside our Run Club kids, joining a mish-mash of keen runners, 5K newbies, friends, families and more. Kids and adults will get to be role models for each other, inspiring others and being inspired. We’ll have 3 different start times for those who want to push their limits, those who are there to run for fun, and for 5K walkers.
And it’s not all about the finish line — what you’re left with after counts for a lot, too. The buzz, confidence boost, trust in your resilience, and love for what you can do will stay with you on 5K day and beyond. We can’t wait!

We’ll have 3 groups 5K-ing on the day:
Fast - doing a run that day anyway? Join us, and give it a Fearless twist! The vibes might be all you need to smash that PB 🙌
Mid - will it be your first ever 5K? Yay! We’d love to have you join us, in a fun and super-supportive atmosphere that’ll make it fly by 😉
Walkers - take it easy, at your own pace. However you want to move your 5K, we’re here for it! ✨

Sign-making & race packet pick-up
Sign-making is a PF Run Club tradition: the night before the run, our kids create their own motivational signs that are then placed along the 5K route. You’re invited to join in with this tradition when you pick up your race packet (t-shirt & race number)! Who knows, you might just spot your sign on race day 😉

Since the start of our Fearless Run Club in the summer of 2020, it was a dream of ours to turn the Fearless 5k into a community event. Now thanks to our partner and supporter, The Athlete’s Foot, we are turning that dream into reality!
The Athlete’s Foot is also the proud sponsor of our autumn 2023 Run Club, ensuring that all participants can join the 8-week course for free.
