Build. Make. Be

A project Fearless podcast

When we started Project Fearless 7 years ago, we dreamed of a world where every girl had access to role models they could relate to. Role models who'd stumbled, grown, and figured some things out along the way.

Now, we're making that dream a little bigger. 🎙️

Introducing Build. Make. Be. our new monthly podcast for teens where we bring those role models to you with real conversations about wellbeing, confidence, identity, and everything in between.

Not because the world needs more podcasts — but because the girls and teens deserve role models they can actually hear from.

Voices that sound like theirs. Stories that feel relatable. And honestly? These conversations are for everyone — teens, their parents, and anyone who still has something to learn. *That's all of us 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️

We're Mérida (PF founder & CVO) and Chetana (PF Coach), your hosts, and every month we're sitting down with guests who've lived it, learned from it, and are here to share it. 🔥

EPISODES

Listen now on YouTube, Spotify or Pocket Casts.

She doesn't just talk about movement. She makes you feel it. ✨

Our first-ever guest episode is here — and we couldn't have asked for a better person to kick things off. 🎙️ Welcome Sabrine 'Sabou' Ewies.

Sabrine, founder of Home of Enjoyment and one of Project Fearless's very first coaches, joins Mérida and Chetana for a conversation about physical wellbeing, finding confidence in your body, and what it really means to move (and rest!) without limits.

In this episode, Sabrine opens up about her relationship with her body as a teen, the pattern she had to unlearn (people-pleasing over her own voice 👀), and what she's learned about confidence, movement, and listening to yourself.

The episode that started it all...

Winter joined Project Fearless in 2022 as part of our inaugural Entrepreneurship course. Since then, she’s taken on Skateboarding and Sustainable Sewing . And this November, she joined the PF behind-the-scenes team for a three-day internship.

As part of her school internship, Winter needed to interview Mérida about her role at Project Fearless. We loved how their conversation turned out and thought… what if we turned it into a podcast for others to hear too?

Meet your hosts

CHETANA PAI, PROJECT FEARLESS FOOTBALL COACH

Chetana is a Transdisciplinary Researcher, and the organiser of Roffa Dames Social Football Club — a free, all-welcome football community in Rotterdam for women and non-binary people.

With over two years of coaching football at Project Fearless, she brings the same heart to the pitch as she does to her work: creating spaces where people feel empowered, included, and heard.

Originally from India and received her masters at the University of Twente, Chetana uses design, storytelling, and community-building to turn big ideas into something real and lasting.

MÉRIDA MILLER, FOUNDER AND CVO OF PROJECT FEARLESS

Mérida is a doer, maker, and problem solver who believes that confidence isn't loud, it's just been mislabeled. She is the Founder and recently transitioned from CEO to CVO- Chief Vision Officer of Project Fearless. As a cyclist and a TEDx speaker she is reframing the way we talk about confidence.

Mérida's strength comes from community, movement, and radical honesty. She draws deeply from the confidence-building work she's spent years developing at Project Fearless — and increasingly, from her own practice of showing up imperfectly and publicly.

Do you have an idea for our next episode? A topic you wished had been covered when you were a teen? Or maybe a nomination for who our next guest should be?
