MIND & MOVEMENT LAB

 

We will motivate girls to push their limits and teach them that the “heck yeah I just did that!” moment of trying something new far outweighs the potential embarrassment of “am I doing this right?”

Join us as we tune into our minds and bodies while exploring boxing, acro-yoga, dance, HIIT and so much more all with a group of girls who have your back.

This course is designed for girls of all fitness levels. Our coaches create an open and supportive environment where girls are in control of their bodies and can choose how they engage in each activity.

Over 6 weeks, girls will…

Break the stigma behind what mindfulness is and how it can be used in everyday life.

Experiment with different activities - from dance and yoga to boxing and HIIT.

Create lasting memories with a group of new friends and feel proud of herself while encouraging others to try new things.

Leave us more confident in her own body and proud of the power within.

 

 

We believe in creating lasting impact past the Project Fearless walls. The course will conclude with the girls sharing what they’ve learned and putting it into practice by creating a workshop around Mind & Movement for a local community group.

 
 

WHO: Girls 9-14

* Participants must have health insurance.

WHEN: Tuesdays, September 10th- October 15th

16hr-18hr, *Instructors will be ready to welcome girls starting at 15:30hr.

WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable sport clothing that allows for stretching and ease of movement.

COST: Our pilot programmes are free - thanks to the support of TOMS. However places are limited so please only sign up if you can commit to attending the full 6-week course, otherwise you’ll be taking the spot of another girl who could maximize this opportunity.

The course will be taught in English but a Dutch mentor will be present and happy to translate at any time.
